Features and Usage Rights:

Bereangroup.com provides a variety of high quality services to all web visitors. Anonymous access is granted but features and resources are limited. Registered users however, have unlimited access to explore the full potential of this website.

Registration

Registration through our simple two step form, as a client or consultant, allows you to interact with our community of IT professionals and enjoy privileges and benefits that are not available to guests. All information that you provide to Berean Group International will remain as internal data; we do not share any information about our customers with other parties.

Consultant Account (Resumes)

Registered employees have the option to upload or create a detailed profile of their resume directly on our site by visiting the “My Account” link. It is highly recommended and advantageous to post a current resume in our database as clients representing Fortune 500 companies seek top candidates in a variety of positions. Personal contact information is not permitted in resumes. It is required to include such information during the registration process. Before a resume is publicly displayed from our database, it will be reviewed by an Administrator in our IT Department. We reserve the right to remove, modify or alter any information that does not meet our criteria for resumes as outlined previously.

Client Account

Registered clients have the opportunity to search resumes of top talent IT professionals by browsing qualities, skills and job experiences in a variety of industries. As a client account, interaction with consultants is easily accessible through Berean's Help Desk.

Help Desk

The Help Desk enables clients to ask questions of interest to a consultant for an answer. After the question is submitted it will be reviewed and assigned to a consultant(s) for a response. All questions and answers will be public information readily available to guests and registered users. During the evaluation process, to review a question, Berean Group International technical specialist administrato reserves the right to modify, replace or remove any question that fails to meet our standards.

Unauthorized Access:

Unauthorized access to this Berean Group International Computer System and Software is prohibited by Public Law 99-474, Title 18, United States Code, Public Law 99-474 and Chapter XXI, Section 1030 states that: Whoever knowingly, or intentionally accesses a computer without authorization or exceeds authorized access, and by such conduct, obtains, alters, damages, destroys, or discloses information, or prevent authorized uses of (data or computer owned by or operated for) Berean Group, shall be punished by a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both. Individuals using this system without authority or in excess of their authority are subject to having all their activities on this system monitored and recorded or examined by any official person, including law enforcement, as system personnel deem appropriate. Evidence of possible misconduct or abuse may be provided to appropriate officials. All unauthorized users will be reported to an Information Systems Security Specialist. Anyone using this site consents to these terms.
