Berean Group is looking for Jr. Project Administrator
This is an onsite position.
Location: Miramar, FL
Duration: 12 Months contract
Note: Only US Citizens and GC Holders eligible for this job
Scope of work:
Junior Project Administrator responsible for assisting Project Controlelrs with Project administrative tasks. Including: travel requests, meeting coordination, catering coordination, scheduling, and other administrative tasks that may arise.
* Assist with logistics associated with major meetings & training:
- Confirm key players will attend
- Assist with room logistics (projectors, etc.)
- When needed ordering food, etc.
* Follow Catering Process for PMO teams
* Perform administrative requests using internal tool (materials, access, etc)
* Creation/Follow up of service requests.
- Vendor access
- New hire logistics
Required skills/competencies:
Minimum Associates's degree
Minimum 1 year office administration experience
Excellent oral and written English communications skills
Must be highly organized and can handle multi-tasking with multiple individuals
Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to learn new tools, skills and environments quickly
Must be able to take and execute on direction provided
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MS Excel, Visio, Powerpoint
Experience with Lotus Notes
Exposure to project management and resource planning concepts
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
