Job Description: 
  • We are looking for: an IAM Engagement leader, who will lead one of the most strategic accounts within SDG for a very reputed client. He/She will be responsible to work closely with the senior executives / technical architects from the client side to come up with the technology solutions that best meet the business needs. Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, planning and developing customer-focused programs, overseeing the resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of services.
Position Description: 

         This is a client facing role; the engagement leader will work as one point of contact for the clients providing technology solutions for their business requirements. Establish as a consultant and help customer drive decision making regarding product selection, vendor selection and execution methodology. Develops relationship strategies and programs that produce business value and favorable customer experiences, responsible for customer retention and maintaining profitable topline growth of the account portfolio. 


Principal Responsibilities:

         Create relationships with the clients and participate in round table discussions, white boarding sessions workshops and other executive level meetings

         Identify opportunities and take them to closure by providing thought leadership and technology solutions to the business problems

         Contributes to cost/benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems to aid client in making implementation decisions

         Interprets, evaluates, and translates business needs and requirements to detailed roadmap

         Designs the blueprint for the IAM environments including creating and maintaining solution architecture diagrams and blueprints 

         Creates and/or reviews the  architecture diagrams

         Drives and assists team members in implementing solutions

         Advisory & Audit function to internal teams

         Participates in the RFI/RFP from IAM perspective, including preparation of proposals

         Evaluates third party products, drives POCs, research and analysis and propose the future technology roadmap


Required Skills:

         Strong experience of Identity and Access Management space as an engagement leader / account manager / onshore program manager in techno functional role

         Strong experience of business analysis and architecting the IAM solutions

         Experience of managing IT solution deployments through full SDLC

         Excellent business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

         Ability to articulate IAM terminology and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

         Excellent time management skills demonstrated by multitasking

         Ability to drive decisions, influence change, and resolve conflicts effectively

         Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

         Ability to take a technology agnostic approach


Desired Skills:

         Exposure to advisory in risk and security space

         Any certification in information security

         Knowledge of SaaS and Managed Services projects

         CA-Access Manager, CA-Federation Manager, CA-Identity Manager, CA-IDM Suite, CA-Siteminder

         Sail Point Compliance Manager, Sail Point Request Manager, Sail Point Role Manager


Experience (yrs/skills): 12+ years of total experience in IT with at least 5+ years as IAM engagement leader / account manager / onshore program manager


Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Masters preferred.
